A brand new apartment in a new building, located along the sea-facing promenade - and enviable location for those that don’t mind being a little away from the hustle and bustle (but only a couple of minutes walk from the Kalsa neighbourhood).

The decor leans fully to the contemporary, and the apartment is filled with unique pieces of Italian design from the 70’s. Honestly, previous guests have nothing but wonderful things to say about this sleek & modern apartment.

As much as we love a contemporary aesthetic, we’re suckers from traditional, period design, especially in Italian properties - so Thymus had to make this list! A family owned property, the house is furnished with antique pieces and paintings from their private collection, and retains many exquisite original features (like the high ceilings, tile floors, shuttered windows etc).

One of the more expensive options on this list, this large, elegant apartment is real beauty. Located in the heart of the historic centre - in a historic building - it benefits from a doorman, vast living spaces full of artistic touches a bespoke kitchen, a large bathtub with whirlpool and large windows which fill every room with light.

It wouldn’t be an exageration to state that this is the sort of apartment one could stay in for a holiday, and then wish you could live in forever. It’s in a fabulous location, close enough to walk to all the attractions but quiet and hidden away, the mid-century meets modern design is on point, it’s got lots of space and light, a great kitchen and even a small terrace.
