Any Portuguese town looks like bride’s finery - something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.
— Mary McCarthy

Portugal is a country that truly has it all.

The prettiest of towns decorated in azulejos of blue and white, wild and vast stretches of Atlantic lapped beaches and the most idyllic little coves, oodles of city-break friendly cities, forests, lakes and rugged landscapes just waiting to be explored. Throw what we may well be one of the tastiest pastries in the world, and it’s clear why Portugal has long-been a popular getaway destination.

Now, if only the language wasn’t so hard to get your tongue around, we’re pretty sure we’d spend an awful lot more time here!

If you’re planning a trip to the delightful city of Porto or the seaside town of Cascais, we’ve got you covered, but you’ll have to bear with us a little longer to find out all about that month we spent in the Algarve!
